Preorder for Burberry Blue Label

We are having our next round of Burberry Blue Label preorders~  To get an inspiration of what bags to get, you can check out https://burberrybluelabel.wordpress.com. We are more likely to get items from this year’s collection but if you’d like to order mid-2009 designs, we’ll take in your order but please note that the probability of finding them is not high.

We are taking orders from now till 20 April 2010
Handling fee for each bag – S$80 / for a wallet – S$40|S$50 (long wallets)
Handling fee for a ladies blouse/tee and skirt: S$40, dresses and denim items: S$70

• Deposit of S$150 per item has to paid by 21 April 2010. This will be refunded if we can’t get the items you want
  
• Meet-ups can be arranged on/after 8 May 2010 (meet-up date may be postponed if the charges of the bags are yet reflected in our credit card statement)
• Our pricing for a bag will be: (Price in Yen without tax) X exchange rate by the credit card company + S$80

**For international orders only, there will be additional cost of international postage with full insurance (S$60 for bag and S$45 for wallet) and a 3.5% additional admin fee on top of the handling fee**

Pricing

• We will be getting VAT rebate on your behalf, hence our pricing for each bag excludes taxes. However, if Singapore do levy a tax on our return, please note that you will have to pay an additional fee of 7% tax. In such a situation, the receipt of payment will be shown to you before you make additional payment. So keep our fingers crossed!

• It is alright if you do not know the price of the bag. We can calculate the total price of the bag when we get back with your item. The normal range of BBL bags range from 28,000 -44,000 Yen but there are a few that goes up to 60000 Yen and above.

• For this round of preorder, the currency rate will be dependent on what the credit card company charges us. We can show you a print out of the credit card bill when we meet-up for payment.

Collection for local orders

• **Please note that the bags will only be handed over to you after the transaction is recorded in our credit card account as we will need the exchange rate to calculate the total payment you need to pay** There will a waiting time to get your bags as we will need to wait for the transaction to reflect in our credit card account to calculate the full payment. The local bank cannot confirm the exact period but said it usually it takes about 5 days. **But then they said there are some rare cases where the transaction is passed to them only 2 weeks later**. 

• We estimate that the earliest date you can collect is on 8 May 2010, a Saturday. This will be confirmed again via email/sms. Collection venue will be at Sengkang mrt station, around late morning on weekend. We would prefer to do a meet-up for BBL items but if you are unable to make it, we can mail the items by registered post. Delivery by post (uninsured) will be charged an extra S$5. You can opt to insure your purchase for a peace of mind.
• IMPT: All items are to be fully paid and collected by 15 Jun 2010, otherwise, we will consider that you’ve forfeited the item and no refund of deposit will be made.
• IMPT: Please note that we will not be making any arrangement to meet outside of sengkang or on a weekday for this preorder service

Delivery for overseas orders

• **Please note that we will only contact you for the final payment after the transaction is recorded in our credit card account as we will need the exchange rate to calculate the total payment you need to pay**
• We estimate that the earliest date we can contact you is 8 May 2010, a Saturday. Items will be mailed out within 3 days after our acknowledgment of your payment.
• Items will be mailed out via air mail and will be fully insured.
• There may be additional taxes charged by your country’s customs. As this differ from country to country, please check first so that you won’t get a surprise!

How to order

• If you are interested in getting any bags, you can provide us photos of the bags that you want to get and an upfront payment of S$150 per item as deposit. If the shops do not have the item that you want, your deposit wiill be refunded in full by 2nd May 2010.

Please note that there would be no refunds of your deposit once we’ve made the purchase on your behalf.
